Guidelines for Creating a Channel
Your channel must have at least 100 subscribers to launch official advertising. Ideally, aim for 400 subscribers to increase the likelihood of passing the moderation process.
The channel name must be in Russian. Clickbait, calls-to-action, emojis, and the use of all caps are prohibited.
In the channel description, you must not use clickbait, superlatives, or claim that your product or service is the best (number 1, better than the rest, most beneficial, etc.).
Content should be posted two to three times per week.
Do not use derogatory judgmental statements.

The channel must contain useful, original content including news, interactive features, polls, video formats, and cross-posting from YouTube, among others.
Channels that only publish "signals" for trading cryptocurrencies, as well as those related to real money betting or gambling, are not allowed.
The channel and posts should adhere to a clear, specific theme. "About everything" channels are difficult to launch successfully.
Avoid clickbait, excessive use of emojis, exclamation marks, and all caps.

Do not promise 100% or very high and instant earnings.
Avoid duplicating links merely to attract attention:
Do not use excessive text highlighting with color, italics, underlining, or bold font.
