Guidelines for Creating a Bot

  1. The name of the bot should reflect its function and be written in Russian. For example, if the bot assists with creating a diet plan, its name should appropriately reflect this.

    The name should not include: clickbait, calls to action, or emojis. The use of capital letters is also prohibited.

  2. The description should provide information about the bot's primary functions. Clickbait and superlatives (e.g., "best," "most useful") are not allowed in the description.

  3. The bot should not address users informally.

  4. Messages from the bot should not excessively use emojis, capital letters, or exclamation marks.

  1. Prohibited use of obscene language.

  2. If a quiz/survey is used in the bot, the results must vary depending on the user's answers. If the quiz/survey results are the same regardless of the user's answers, the bot will not pass moderation.

  3. If a test is conducted in the bot, its results should be given freely without requiring data collection. This means you cannot use a mechanism like: leave your phone number/email to get your results.

    You can only collect user data after they have received the survey results (with the option to opt out).

  4. The bot must provide informational value. It must include useful features. For example, a "Menu" button, "Contacts", "About the Company", and the ability to leave a request.

    If the bot is created only for contact collection or redirection to an external resource, it will not pass moderation.

  5. If the bot includes an external link (registration for a seminar, transition to a landing page, or a link to a document), then:

  • it should not be the main purpose of the bot;
  • it should be presented unobtrusively.
  1. If a web application is planned to be used in the bot: the content of the bot must still be useful. A bot that immediately sends users to a web application will not pass moderation.

  2. The bot should not spam messages. The maximum allowable number of messages: no more than one per day, and preferably less frequently.

  3. It's good if the bot includes a menu and structure for easy navigation. This increases the chances of passing moderation.

  4. It is forbidden to replace the content of the bot after passing moderation.

  5. For advertising the bot, you can use a deep link.

  • the company
  • payment method
  • delivery method (types of delivery and payment methods)

  • certificates (if there are any and they need to be added)
