No, all items must go through pre-moderation before being submitted for moderation. If you want to change anything, contact your account manager. If you want to expand the bot's functionality, you can do so without approval.

Can I run two channels in one account?

Yes, if the channels have similar themes and one owner.

A channel using my logo has appeared on Telegram. Can you do something about this?

You can independently file a complaint against the channel for copyright infringement. To do this, click the three dots under the channel name, select "Report" → "Copyright".

There are funds left on my paused ads. How can I free up the money?

Currently, the only way to free up the money is to delete the ads.

Can I connect to the Adstat.pro service if I have not had any ad rotations before?

Yes, you can connect to Adstat.pro even with zero rotations.

Can I change the name and description of my channel if ads are active?

Yes, but in this case, your ads will be sent for moderation again.

How can I place a UTM parameter in an advertisement?

You can insert UTM parameters in the URL field when creating an advertisement.

In my ad campaign statistics for a website, "joined" has appeared. Why?

It’s possible that a bot/channel is being used in the funnel. Or it could be an isolated error in data collection.

Can I use shortened links when launching ads for a website?

No, shortened links will be rejected.

Can I run ads for an invitation link?

No, only the public link of the channel can be advertised.

I get an error when creating/replenishing my running ads: Budget replenishment is currently unavailable for these targeting parameters on your account. Change your targeting parameters or create an ad with an empty initial budget for later use. What does this mean?

This means that a channel from the target list does not qualify. This could be because it uses a foreign language or has low-quality content. When creating ads through Adstat.pro, you automatically receive notifications about such channels.

Can I change the name and avatar of the channel if ads are already running?

Yes, but then the ads will be sent for re-moderation.

Can I edit an ad after it has been created?

Yes, but then the ads will be sent for re-moderation. If you work with auto-marking, you will need to create new ads because the token is assigned to the ad text and link.

What budget is needed to analyze the effectiveness of an ad: €5, €10, €15?

For testing, we recommend using at least €10.

How does advertising with external links work? Can I use UTM parameters and shorteners?

You can use UTM parameters, which can be inserted in the link input field in the ad cabinet. You cannot use link shorteners.

If I change the channel description, will it lead to a ban?

No, unless the description includes a link to a private channel.

Is it risky to temporarily make a channel non-public for advertising purposes and then reopen it? Or is it just automatically blocked and then restored in Telegram Ads?

It depends on the reason why the channel was made non-public. If the closed channel still complies with Telegram's rules, there will be no problems.

Is it possible to get back the money left in my account?

Yes, if you have not violated the rules of placement in Telegram Ads, did not use cloaking, redirects, or collect subscribers for the channel with further promotion of fraudulent schemes.
